He was admitted to the State Bar of Hawaii in 1991 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1997. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Over the past nineteen years, John has gained extensive experience at every stage of the litigation process. During the course of his career, John has argued cases in front of the Hawaii Supreme Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. John has also been a CAAP Arbitrator since 2001 and a Short Trial Pro Tempore Judge since 2007.
